Everybody needs a gluten-free friend.
Connecting with people who understand the challenges of gluten-free living in Singapore is important not matter where you are in your journey.

Raising a child with celiac disease isn’t the same at age 4 as it is at 14 because your child’s brain, social world, and independence skills are changing fast.
In this free talk for parents, we’ll walk through preschool to adulthood and break down what kids can realistically understand at each stage, what gluten-free responsibilities are appropriate, and how you can build confidence and self-advocacy over time.
We’ll cover:
Cognitive and social development from preschool, primary, teenagers, through young adulthood
How gluten-free needs change with development
Tips on how parents can best prepare for and manage the changing needs
Preparing your child for gluten-free adulthood
Perfect for: parents, caregivers, grandparents, teachers, and anyone supporting a gluten-free child. This is not a talk for children to attend.
Date: Tuesday, 10 February 2026

Started in 2012, The Gluten Free Singapore Support Group has been connecting the local gluten-free community for over 12 years.
Meeting other people who are gluten-free has many benefits, including emotional support, the opportunity to share experiences, learning from others, discovering new resources, and advocating for greater awareness and availability of gluten-free options.
By connecting with others who are on the same journey, you can gain a sense of community and belonging, feel understood and validated, and benefit from the collective knowledge and resources of the group.
