Yes! This really is gluten-free. And it is just as wonderful as it looks.

Enter Acqua e Farina, an Italian gem with two locations in Singapore. If you have been dreaming of a safe, delicious gluten-free pizza, you must visit their Keong Saik Road location.

Here is everything you need to know about the gluten-free options at Acqua e Farina:

Perfectly Prepared Pasta

If you are in the mood for pasta, you can rest easy knowing the kitchen follows excellent safety protocols. To avoid gluten particles in boiling water or on equipment, their gluten-free pasta is cooked in separate water using a dedicated strainer and dedicated utensils.

Celiac-Safe Gluten-Free Pizza

Acqua e Farina goes above and beyond to prevent cross-contamination by using a separate pizza oven dedicated exclusively to gluten-free pizzas. They use Caputo Gluten-Free Pizza Flour for their crusts. All pizza toppings are gluten-free.

Barilla gluten-free pasta is always available. Gluten-free pizza and homemade pasta should be pre-ordered.

Ingredient Safety: Caputo Gluten-Free flour contains certified gluten-free wheat starch. While this is perfectly safe for those with celiac disease, you should avoid it if you have a wheat allergy.
